Innovation, Participation and Learning in the context of the “New Work Environment”

Internationale Studie der zeb.business school zusammen mit der DHBW und der University GOA

Dear participants,

For many companies, it is a particular challenge to meet the wishes and requirements of today’s work environment. Here are some of the questions they are facing: What are the effects of innovative concepts such as employee participation and flexibility of work in terms of employee satisfaction and performance? How can changed learning environments be utilized and how would employees prefer to learn in the first place?

We would like to help companies to become more innovative and to make work more creative, more motivating and more productive for all employees. In this survey, we would there-fore like to gather your views as an employee on various aspects of the new work environment.

The study is the result of a cooperation between two German universities and an Indian university. The questions are based on research sponsored by German public institutions. By participating, you are making a valuable contribution to a comparison between the employee and the management perspective. It will take about 20–30 minutes to answer the questions.

We do, of course, guarantee the strict confidentiality of your data. You will not be asked at any point to state the name of your company or your own name.

We are happy to provide you with the results of the study at your request. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to nirmala@unigoa.ac.in. For any questions, comments or feedback, please give us a call (tel: 9923000060).

We are hoping for a large number of responses and thank you in advance for your help.
Kind regards
